Our agency grew from a small personal insurance agency into one of the largest non-urban independent insurance agencies in West Tennessee. The agency operated as Caldwell-Hicks, located in downtown Jackson. In 1988 the name was changed to Jackson Insurance Agency, Inc. to better reflect the company’s growth within the community.
Our parent company, First South Bank, formed its own insurance subsidiary in April of 1997 and acquired Jackson Insurance Agency in January of 1998. In February of 2008, the corporate name was changed from First South Insurance to FSB Insurance. Being the wholly owned subsidiary of First South Bank, we are able to offer a wide range of insurance services in our expanded marketing area. Our financial performance has been nothing short of remarkable.
The partnerships we have developed with our customers, employees, insurance carriers, and other service providers have enabled us to consistently deliver comprehensive risk management at reasonable costs. With the availability of over 25 insurance companies, we are able to offer competitively priced, comprehensive insurance programs from the simplest to the most complex risks.
